I'm an Actor and Filmmaker. I was born and brought up in Chennai, but 'Made in Madras' as I like to say. Films were a ritual in my childhood, something to escape the world I was in . I gravitated towards fantasy, science fiction and drama.

My brain did mental gymnastics trying to figure out how these moving images were created. When I got my first camera, I directed my friends and family in it along with me acting as well. I'd say that's where the acting bug crystallised. Filmmaking brings together things I love: Visual effects, performance, editing, art design - all under one glorious umbrella.

I'm excited to share works of mine, past and present; I look forward to connecting with other artists and with my audience as well.
